Return Policy
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- The item is in unused condition with no visible signs of damage
- A proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is provided
To request a return or exchange, please email us at hello@honeyhone.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or denial. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2–3 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item value is over $75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email hello@honeyhone.com within 72 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
